Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule domestic/international shipments via air, ground, and ocean freight
- Manage documentation (BOLs, customs forms, invoices) with 100% accuracy
- Track shipments in real-time and proactively resolve delivery exceptions
- Collaborate with warehouse teams to optimize loading and inventory control
- Build relationships with carriers to secure competitive rates and reliable service
- Generate shipping reports and analyze logistics performance metrics
Qualifications
- 3+ years' experience in logistics/shipping coordination
- Proficiency in WMS/TMS software (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong knowledge of INCOTERMS and customs regulations
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a deadline-driven environment
- High school diploma; Supply Chain certification preferred
