Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic/international shipments via air, ground, and ocean freight
- Manage inventory control and warehouse documentation systems
- Process customs paperwork and compliance documentation
- Communicate with carriers, clients, and internal teams on shipment status
- Resolve logistics issues and implement process improvements
- Track and analyze shipping data for cost optimization
- Maintain compliance with DOT and international shipping regulations
Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in logistics/shipping coordination
- Proficiency in WMS and TMS software (SAP, Oracle preferred)
- Strong knowledge of Incoterms and customs regulations
- Exceptional problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
- High school diploma; Supply Chain certification a plus
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
