Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic and international shipments across multiple carriers
- Manage order fulfillment, documentation, and customs clearance
- Track shipments proactively and resolve delivery issues
- Optimize transportation routes and negotiate carrier rates
- Maintain inventory records and shipping databases
- Collaborate with warehouse, sales, and customer service teams
- Ensure compliance with DOT and international shipping regulations
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in shipping logistics or coordination
- Proficiency in WMS/TMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong knowledge of Incoterms and export regulations
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
- Valid California driver's license preferred
- Associate's degree in logistics or supply chain management
