- Resolve shipping discrepancies through proactive communication with carriers and clients
- Analyze shipping data to identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements
- Maintain digital and physical shipment records using logistics management software
- Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to resolve delivery-related inquiries
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience in logistics, supply chain, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in shipping coordination or warehouse operations
- Proficiency in logistics software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or TMS platforms)
- Strong knowledge of domestic/international shipping regulations and customs procedures
