Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic/international shipments via air, ocean, and ground carriers
- Manage documentation: bills of lading, customs forms, and compliance paperwork
- Track shipments in real-time using logistics software (SAP, Oracle, or TMS)
- Resolve transportation delays and route optimization issues
- Collaborate with warehouse, customs, and carrier teams
- Analyze shipping data to improve cost-efficiency and delivery times
Qualifications
- 3+ years in logistics/shipping coordination
- Proficient in customs regulations (HTSUS, NAFTA, etc.)
- Experience with TMS/ERP systems
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Excel certification and data analysis abilities
- OSHA/FMCSA compliance knowledge
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field
