Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily shipping activities, including order processing, scheduling, and carrier selection
- Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate documentation for domestic/international shipments
- Liaise with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and warehouse teams to resolve transit issues
- Track shipments in real-time and provide proactive updates to clients and internal stakeholders
- Optimize transportation routes to reduce costs while meeting delivery SLAs
- Implement and maintain compliance with DOT, IATA, and customs regulations
- Generate shipping reports and analyze logistics data for continuous improvement
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of shipping coordination or warehouse management experience
- Proficiency in TMS/WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Certified Logistics Associate (CLA) or Transportation Management certification preferred
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication abilities for cross-functional collaboration
- Ability to work flexible hours during peak shipping seasons
- Familiarity with AZ-specific transportation regulations and port operations
