Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end shipping processes including documentation, carrier selection, and customs clearance
- Track and trace shipments while maintaining real-time visibility in TMS/WMS systems
- Resolve shipping discrepancies and exceptions proactively
- Optimize freight costs through carrier negotiations and route planning
- Collaborate with warehouse, sales, and customs teams for operational efficiency
- Maintain compliance with DOT, IATA, and international trade regulations
Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in shipping/logistics coordination
- Proficiency with TMS/WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- Knowledge of Incoterms, customs procedures, and export compliance
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a high-volume environment
- Relevant certification (CSCP, CLTD) preferred
