Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic and international shipments across air, sea, and ground freight channels
- Manage documentation compliance (customs forms, bills of lading, commercial invoices)
- Track and trace shipments in real-time using TMS platforms
- Collaborate with carriers, customs brokers, and warehouse teams
- Analyze logistics data to optimize routes and reduce transit times
- Resolve shipment discrepancies and implement corrective actions
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and audits
Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in shipping/logistics coordination
- Proficiency in TMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong knowledge of Incoterms and customs regulations
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in high-pressure situations
- Associate degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
- Forklift certification a plus
