Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic/international shipments via truck, rail, and air freight
- Manage customs documentation (CBP, NAFTA) and compliance
- Optimize routing and carrier negotiations to minimize costs
- Track shipments in real-time using TMS/ERP systems
- Resolve transit delays and exceptions proactively
- Collaborate with warehouse, sales, and customs teams
- Generate shipment reports and performance metrics
Qualifications
- 3+ years in logistics/shipping coordination
- Experience with cross-border (US-MX) documentation
- Proficiency in TMS/ERP systems (SAP, Oracle preferred)
- Strong knowledge of Incoterms and trade regulations
- Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
- Supply chain certification (CSCP, CLTD) a plus
