Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end shipping operations for domestic and international freight
- Manage carrier relationships and negotiate optimal shipping rates
- Prepare and maintain accurate shipping documentation (BOLs, customs forms)
- Track shipments proactively and resolve delivery discrepancies
- Collaborate with warehouse teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Analyze shipping data to identify cost-saving opportunities
- Implement compliance with DOT and international shipping regulations
Qualifications
- 3+ years of logistics/shipping coordination experience
- Proficiency in TMS/WMS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong knowledge of INCOTERMS and customs procedures
- Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
- Valid Tennessee driver's license (may require occasional site visits)
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
