Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end shipping processes for automotive and manufacturing clients
- Manage documentation (BOLs, customs forms, invoices) with 99% accuracy
- Optimize freight routes and carrier partnerships to reduce transit times
- Resolve shipping discrepancies and maintain real-time shipment tracking
- Collaborate with warehouse, sales, and customs teams
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives for logistics efficiency
Qualifications
- 3+ years in logistics/shipping coordination experience
- Proficiency in TMS/WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong knowledge of INCOTERMS and customs regulations
- Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environment
- Supply chain certification (CSCP, CLTD) preferred
