Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic and international shipments across multiple carriers and freight modes
- Manage order fulfillment processes from pick-up to final delivery
- Maintain accurate shipping documentation and customs compliance
- Optimize routes and negotiate rates with transportation partners
- Track shipments in real-time and resolve delivery exceptions
- Collaborate with warehouse and sales teams to ensure timely order processing
- Analyze shipping metrics to identify cost-saving opportunities
Qualifications
- 3+ years of shipping coordination or logistics experience
- Proficiency in WMS and TMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- Strong knowledge of Incoterms and international shipping regulations
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in high-volume environments
- Associate degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
- Forklift certification a plus
