Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic/international shipments across multiple carriers and modalities
- Manage inventory control, including cycle counts and warehouse reconciliation
- Process shipping documentation (BOLs, customs forms, commercial invoices)
- Track shipments proactively and resolve delivery exceptions
- Collaborate with sales, procurement, and warehouse teams
- Implement cost-effective shipping strategies and negotiate carrier rates
- Maintain compliance with DOT, IATA, and international trade regulations
Qualifications
- 3+ years' experience in logistics/shipping coordination
- Proficiency in WMS/TMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong knowledge of Incoterms and export documentation
- Exceptional problem-solving and multi-tasking abilities
- Excellent communication skills (verbal/written)
- High school diploma; supply chain certification preferred
- Forklift certification and OSHA 10 training a plus
