Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic/international shipments across multiple carriers
- Manage documentation (BOLs, customs forms, commercial invoices)
- Optimize transportation routes to minimize costs/delays
- Track shipments in real-time using TMS systems
- Resolve logistics issues proactively with stakeholders
- Collaborate with warehouse/sales teams on delivery timelines
- Analyze shipping metrics for continuous improvement
Qualifications
- 3+ years in shipping/logistics coordination
- Expertise in TMS/ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- Strong knowledge of INCOTERMS and customs regulations
- Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities in high-volume environments
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite and data analysis
- Forklift certification preferred
