Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic and international shipments across multiple carriers and transportation modes
- Manage inventory control, warehousing operations, and order fulfillment processes
- Prepare and process shipping documentation (BOLs, invoices, customs forms)
- Track shipments proactively and resolve delivery delays with vendors
- Collaborate with sales, production, and warehouse teams to meet delivery deadlines
- Analyze shipping data to optimize routes and reduce transportation costs
- Maintain compliance with DOT, IATA, and customs regulations
Qualifications
- 3+ years' experience in shipping/logistics coordination
- Proficiency with WMS/TMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Certification in logistics or supply chain management preferred
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
- Familiarity with hazardous materials shipping regulations
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
