Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end shipping processes including documentation, customs clearance, and carrier selection
- Manage inventory tracking and warehouse operations to prevent stock discrepancies
- Collaborate with sales teams to schedule pickups and resolve delivery exceptions
- Maintain compliance with TSA, FDA, and international shipping regulations
- Optimize shipping routes to minimize costs and transit times
- Act as primary point of contact for freight carriers and clients
- Generate shipping reports and analyze logistics KPIs
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in shipping coordination or logistics management
- Proficiency in TMS/WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong knowledge of Incoterms, customs procedures, and hazardous materials handling
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage competing priorities in high-volume environments
- Valid California driver's license preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
