Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic and international shipments across multiple carriers (UPS, FedEx, DHL, LTL)
- Manage order fulfillment, documentation (BOLs, customs forms), and tracking systems
- Optimize shipping routes to minimize costs and delivery times
- Resolve shipping discrepancies and communicate with customers/suppliers
- Maintain inventory accuracy and coordinate warehouse activities
- Collaborate with sales and procurement teams for seamless operations
- Generate shipping reports and performance metrics
Qualifications
- 2+ years of shipping/logistics coordination experience
- Proficiency with TMS/WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP, ShipStation)
- Strong knowledge of INCOTERMS and international shipping regulations
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a deadline-driven environment
- High school diploma; associate's degree in logistics preferred
- Forklift certification a plus
