Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic/international shipments across multiple carriers (UPS, FedEx, DHL, LTL)
- Manage order fulfillment, documentation (BOLs, customs forms), and compliance
- Optimize shipping routes to reduce costs while meeting delivery SLAs
- Track shipments proactively and resolve transit delays
- Collaborate with warehouse teams to ensure timely pick/pack processes
- Maintain accurate shipment records in TMS/ERP systems
- Act as primary point of contact for carrier negotiations and rate audits
Qualifications
- 3+ years in logistics/shipping coordination role
- Proficiency in TMS software (e.g., Oracle, Manhattan Active) and Excel
- Deep knowledge of Incoterms, customs regulations, and hazardous materials
- Strong analytical skills for cost optimization and problem-solving
- Excellent communication and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines
- High school diploma; supply chain certification (CSCP, CLTD) preferred
