Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end shipment tracking and documentation for air, ocean, and ground freight
- Liaise with carriers, customs brokers, and clients to resolve transit issues proactively
- Manage inventory control and warehouse coordination for incoming/outbound shipments
- Ensure compliance with DOT, IATA, and international shipping regulations
- Generate and maintain shipping manifests, bills of lading, and customs paperwork
- Analyze logistics data to identify cost-saving opportunities and route optimizations
- Communicate shipment status updates to stakeholders via CRM systems
Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in freight forwarding or logistics coordination
- Proficiency with TMS software (e.g., Oracle, SAP) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong knowledge of Incoterms, customs procedures, and hazardous materials handling
- Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to work under tight deadlines
- Valid US driver's license and clean MVR record
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field preferred
- Fluency in English; Spanish or Mandarin language skills highly desirable
