Responsibilities
- Coordinate international/domestic shipments via ocean, air, and ground carriers
- Manage documentation (BOLs, customs forms, commercial invoices)
- Track shipments and provide real-time updates to stakeholders
- Resolve logistics disruptions and carrier communications
- Collaborate with warehouse teams for efficient loading/unloading
- Maintain compliance with TSA, FDA, and international regulations
- Analyze shipping data to identify cost-saving opportunities
Qualifications
- 3+ years in shipping coordination or logistics operations
- Proficiency in TMS software (e.g., Oracle, Descartes)
- Expert knowledge of Incoterms and customs procedures
- Strong negotiation skills with carriers and vendors
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
- Associate degree in Supply Chain Management or related field
- OSHA Hazmat certification preferred
