Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic/international shipments across multiple carriers (UPS, FedEx, DHL)
- Maintain accurate inventory tracking in WMS systems (SAP, Oracle)
- Process customs documentation and ensure compliance with trade regulations
- Resolve shipping discrepancies and customer inquiries within 24 hours
- Optimize freight routes to reduce costs while meeting delivery SLAs
- Collaborate with warehouse and sales teams on order fulfillment priorities
- Generate monthly shipping performance reports for management review
Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in logistics/shipping coordination
- Proficiency in TMS/WMS software and Microsoft Excel
- Familiarity with Incoterms 2020 and customs procedures
- Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Ability to manage competing deadlines in high-volume environments
- Valid North Carolina driver's license preferred
- Supply chain certification (CSCP, CLTD) a plus
