We are urgently hiring a dedicated Shipping Coordinator to join our high-performing logistics team in Memphis, TN.

Responsibilities
- Manage and track incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure timely delivery.
- Prepare and verify shipping documents, including bills of lading and commercial invoices.
- Coordinate with carriers, freight forwarders, and internal teams to resolve delivery issues.
- Maintain accurate records in our logistics management software.
- Analyze shipping costs and optimize routes where possible.
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding shipment status and delays.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in shipping, logistics, or supply chain coordination.
- Strong understanding of shipping terminology, Incoterms, and freight classification.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel is a must).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
- High school diploma or GED required.
