Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily shipping schedules and carrier communications to ensure on-time deliveries
- Manage inventory control systems, including cycle counts and reconciliation
- Prepare and process shipping documentation (BOLs, invoices, customs forms)
- Track shipments and resolve transit delays or discrepancies
- Collaborate with warehouse teams to optimize packing and loading efficiency
- Maintain compliance with DOT and international shipping regulations
- Analyze shipping data to identify cost-saving opportunities
Qualifications
- 2+ years experience in shipping, logistics, or warehouse coordination
- Proficiency in WMS/TMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP) and MS Office
- Strong knowledge of LTL/FTL shipping processes and carrier relationships
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Forklift certification preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree in logistics preferred
