Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule domestic and international shipments via various carriers (UPS, FedEx, DHL, LTL).
- Prepare shipping documentation, including bills of lading, commercial invoices, and packing lists.
- Monitor shipment status and proactively resolve delivery delays or damages.
- Communicate effectively with internal sales teams and external clients regarding shipping status.
- Maintain accurate records of all shipping activities and inventory movements.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and government regulations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Business preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in shipping, logistics, or a related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and logistics software (SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems).
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods in a warehouse setting.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
