Responsibilities
- Coordinate and track incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure timely delivery.
- Prepare and process shipping documentation, including bills of lading, commercial invoices, and customs forms.
- Communicate effectively with carriers, freight forwarders, and internal departments to resolve logistical issues.
- Monitor shipment status using logistics software and ERP systems.
- Manage inventory levels related to shipping materials and coordinate warehouse activities.
- Ensure compliance with all shipping regulations and company policies.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in shipping, logistics, or supply chain coordination.
- Proficiency with transportation management systems (TMS) and MS Office Suite.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
