Responsibilities
- Coordinate inbound/outbound shipments across multiple carriers and modes (air, ground, rail)
- Manage inventory tracking systems with 99.5% accuracy in real-time data
- Resolve shipping discrepancies through proactive carrier negotiations
- Generate and analyze shipping reports for continuous improvement
- Collaborate with warehouse and sales teams to ensure seamless delivery timelines
- Implement cost-effective shipping strategies while maintaining service quality
- Maintain compliance with DOT, IATA, and international shipping regulations
Qualifications
- 3+ years of logistics/shipping coordination experience in high-volume environments
- Proficiency in WMS/TMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making abilities
- OSHA Hazmat certification or willingness to obtain within 90 days
- Exceptional problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities in fast-paced settings
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field preferred
- Spanish language proficiency highly valued for bilingual clientele
