Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic/international shipments via air, ground, and ocean freight
- Manage documentation (BOLs, commercial invoices, customs forms)
- Track shipments and proactively resolve transit delays
- Collaborate with carriers, warehouses, and sales teams
- Optimize routes to reduce costs and improve delivery times
- Maintain accurate shipment databases and reports
- Ensure compliance with DOT/FAA/IATA regulations
Qualifications
- 3+ years in logistics/shipping coordination
- Proficient in TMS/ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- Strong knowledge of Incoterms and customs procedures
- Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities under deadlines
- Associate degree in Supply Chain or related field
- OSHA Hazmat certification preferred
- Experience with LTL/FTL freight operations
