Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic/international shipments across multiple carriers (UPS, FedEx, DHL)
- Manage inventory control and warehouse documentation systems
- Resolve customs clearance issues and compliance documentation
- Optimize routing schedules to minimize transit costs/delays
- Track shipments in real-time and provide proactive client updates
- Collaborate with sales teams on special shipping requirements
- Analyze shipping data for continuous improvement opportunities
Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in logistics/shipping coordination
- Proficient with WMS/TMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong knowledge of INCOTERMS and customs regulations
- Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
- Relevant degree in Supply Chain or equivalent experience
- Forklift certification preferred
