Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic/international shipments across multiple carriers and modes
- Manage documentation (BOLs, customs forms, invoices) with 100% accuracy
- Optimize shipping routes and schedules to reduce transit times
- Track shipments in real-time and resolve delivery exceptions
- Liaise with warehouse, sales, and carrier teams to ensure timely execution
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock transfers
- Implement cost-saving measures in shipping processes
Qualifications
- 3+ years in shipping/logistics coordination role
- Proficiency in WMS/TMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- Strong knowledge of INCOTERMS and customs regulations
- Exceptional problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage high-volume shipments under tight deadlines
- Excel/advanced data analysis experience
- Forklift certification preferred
