- Coordinate domestic and international shipments, including documentation compliance and carrier selection
- Track shipments in real-time using logistics software and provide proactive status updates to stakeholders
- Optimize freight routes to minimize costs while maintaining delivery timelines
- Resolve shipping discrepancies and implement corrective actions
- Collaborate with warehouse, sales, and customs teams for seamless logistics execution

Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in shipping coordination or logistics operations
- Proficiency in logistics software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or TMS platforms)
- Strong knowledge of INCOTERMS, customs procedures, and hazardous materials handling
- Excellent organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities
- Associate degree or equivalent in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field
- Forklift certification preferred
