Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic/international shipments across multiple carriers and modes (air, sea, ground)
- Prepare and manage shipping documentation (BOLs, invoices, customs forms)
- Optimize routes and schedules for cost/time efficiency
- Track shipments proactively and resolve transit delays
- Liaise with warehouse, sales, and carrier teams
- Implement and maintain inventory control systems
- Analyze shipping data for continuous improvement
Qualifications
- 2+ years of shipping/logistics coordination experience
- Proficiency in logistics software (e.g., SAP, Oracle TMS)
- Strong knowledge of INCOTERMS and customs regulations
- Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to manage high-volume shipments under tight deadlines
- Associate degree in Supply Chain or equivalent certification
- Experience with LTL, FTL, and international shipping
