Responsibilities
- Safely load/untract shipments using pallet jacks, forklifts, and manual lifting techniques
- Verify inventory accuracy and document shipments with barcode scanners
- Maintain clean, organized warehouse spaces following OSHA standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily shipping targets
- Operate warehouse equipment efficiently while prioritizing safety protocols
- Assist with cycle counts and inventory reconciliation processes
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for operational efficiency
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic math skills for inventory documentation
- Strong attention to detail and safety consciousness
- Valid driver's license required
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
