Responsibilities
- Full-Cycle Development: Collaborate with senior engineers to design, code, and deploy scalable software solutions.
- Agile Collaboration: Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and code reviews to ensure high-quality delivery.
- Innovation Labs: Contribute to experimental projects and research new technologies to keep our tech stack ahead of the curve.
- Technical Mentorship: Engage in structured mentorship programs to accelerate your professional growth and soft skills.
- Problem Solving: Debug complex issues and implement robust architectural patterns to solve business challenges.
Qualifications
- Graduation Timeline: Expected to graduate between December 2025 and June 2026.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in at least one major programming language (Python, Java, C++, or Go).
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills and the ability to deconstruct complex problems into manageable components.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
