Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Create and maintain a comprehensive strategic roadmap that aligns technology capabilities with business objectives for the 2026 fiscal year and beyond.
- Trend Analysis: Monitor global technology trends, including AI, machine learning, and cloud computing, to advise leadership on potential disruptions and innovations.
- Strategic Planning: Lead the development of long-term strategic initiatives, breaking them down into actionable quarterly goals for cross-functional teams.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with executive leadership, engineering, and product teams to ensure alignment on strategic priorities and resource allocation.
- Innovation Leadership: Champion a culture of innovation, identifying and piloting new technologies that drive competitive advantage.
- Performance Metrics: Establish KPIs and success metrics to measure the effectiveness of strategic initiatives and adjust course as needed.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, technology consulting, or executive leadership roles within the tech industry.
- Strategic Vision: Demonstrated ability to think several years into the future and translate abstract concepts into concrete business strategies.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of modern tech stacks, AI/ML trends, and digital transformation strategies.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating complex strategies to diverse audiences.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Location: Must be willing to work out of our San Francisco headquarters (or hybrid model).
