Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical roadmap for systems integration leading up to the 2026 transition period.
- Lead the architecture design for large-scale, distributed systems with a focus on scalability and security.
- Mentor senior engineers and guide technical decision-making across the organization.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and architectural audits to ensure system integrity.
- Stay ahead of emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Readiness, Edge Computing) to future-proof our infrastructure.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture and system design.
- Proven track record of leading technical teams in high-growth environments.
- Deep expertise in cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Strong understanding of microservices architecture and distributed systems.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in strategic planning and long-term technology forecasting.
- BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
