Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technology Roadmap: Lead the strategic planning and execution of architectural initiatives aligned with our long-term vision.
- Design Scalable AI Infrastructure: Architect high-availability, distributed systems that leverage machine learning and predictive analytics at scale.
- Drive Innovation: Research and prototype emerging technologies (Quantum-ready algorithms, Advanced NLP, Edge Computing) to prepare for the 2026 landscape.

- Ensure Security & Compliance: Implement robust security protocols and ensure all architectural decisions meet rigorous data protection standards.

Qualifications
- Proven Expertise: 8+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in leading AI or ML infrastructure projects.
- Technical Mastery: Deep understanding of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), microservices architecture, and containerization (Kubernetes/Docker).
- AI & Data Fluency: Strong background in machine learning pipelines, big data processing (Spark/Hadoop), and neural network architectures.
- Strategic Vision: Ability to think critically about long-term trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Leadership Skills: Demonstrated experience managing diverse, high-performing engineering teams.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
