Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Spearhead the strategic vision for integrating Artificial Intelligence with emerging Quantum Computing architectures.
- Lead R&D Initiatives: Direct a team of elite engineers and data scientists in prototyping next-gen hybrid systems.
- System Architecture: Design scalable, fault-tolerant systems that leverage quantum supremacy for real-time data processing.
- Strategic Partnerships: Collaborate with academic institutions and industry leaders to stay ahead of the curve.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor junior staff and establish best practices for high-performance computing environments.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or a related field (or equivalent extensive experience).
- Experience: 8+ years in software engineering, with 3+ years specifically in AI and/or Quantum Computing research.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, C++, TensorFlow, and quantum SDKs (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq).
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of translating complex research into viable commercial products.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
