Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive 2026 Strategic Roadmap for emerging technologies.
- Lead high-level research and development initiatives focused on AI, Quantum Computing, and next-gen interfaces.
- Cultivate a culture of innovation, foresight, and continuous learning within the engineering and product teams.
- Identify and assess high-potential market trends relevant to the 2026 timeline to drive competitive advantage.
- Collaborate with C-Suite executives to align long-term technical vision with business objectives.
- Oversee the evaluation of disruptive technologies and their integration into existing infrastructure.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 10+ years of experience in a senior technical leadership role (Director/VP level).
- Proven track record of strategic planning with a specific focus on 5-10 year horizons.
- Deep understanding of disruptive technologies and their potential impact by 2026.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical visions to diverse stakeholders.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
