- Produce annual 'Horizon Scan' reports identifying high-impact innovations requiring preemptive R&D investment
- Partner with AI ethics boards to establish governance frameworks for quantum-AI convergence systems
- Design cross-functional innovation sprints focused on sustainable technology deployment by 2026
- Represent the company at global futurist forums and policy summits influencing tech governance
- Mentor junior strategists in foresight methodologies and trend analysis techniques
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field with 8+ years of experience
- Proven track record of developing long-term strategic roadmaps adopted by Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in scenario planning, Delphi method, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI)
