Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify emerging technologies and societal shifts through 2026
- Develop and maintain strategic foresight frameworks using scenario planning and trend analysis
- Present future-focused insights to executive leadership and cross-functional teams
- Design innovation roadmaps integrating AI, biotechnology, and sustainable transformation
- Build and nurture a global network of futurists and industry thought leaders
- Translate complex future scenarios into actionable business strategies
- Lead workshops on strategic foresight methodologies across the organization
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Planning, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futurism
- Proven track record in developing and implementing scenario planning methodologies
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their societal impacts
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex information
- Strong presentation skills with experience engaging executive audiences
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., WFS, APF) highly valued
