- Develop and present strategic foresight frameworks to executive leadership and stakeholders
- Design scenario-planning models for market evolution and competitive landscape shifts
- Integrate future intelligence into product roadmaps and innovation pipelines
- Establish cross-functional foresight working groups with R&D, Marketing, and Operations
- Author thought leadership publications and white papers positioning company as future-shaper
- Monitor geopolitical and macroeconomic indicators with 3-5 year predictive analysis
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, Business Innovation, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic planning, trend analysis, or futurist consulting
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, technology forecasting, and disruption modeling
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
- Exceptional storytelling skills to translate complex futures into compelling narratives
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through strategic transformation
- Published thought leadership in futures/innovation publications
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFM, APF) preferred
