Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify and analyze emerging trends impacting 2026 landscapes
- Develop quantitative and qualitative scenario models for future market conditions
- Present strategic foresight frameworks to executive leadership and cross-functional teams
- Partner with R&D to prototype solutions addressing future market needs
- Author annual Future State reports with actionable strategic recommendations
- Curate external partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Facilitate workshops on future literacy and strategic adaptation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Planning, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Proven experience developing scenario planning frameworks for 5-10 year horizons
- Expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Published thought leadership in futures or strategy publications
