Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies, regulatory changes, and societal shifts impacting 2026-2030
- Develop and maintain a strategic foresight framework with quantitative/qualitative analysis
- Lead scenario planning workshops for executive leadership teams
- Translate future insights into product roadmaps and investment priorities
- Collaborate with R&D to prototype next-generation solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to stakeholders using data visualization
- Monitor and report on KPIs tracking future-readiness metrics
- Build and mentor a team of junior futurists and analysts
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Foresight Strategy, Innovation Management, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, consulting, or futurist role
- Proven track record of developing multi-year strategic frameworks
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and systems thinking
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Experience presenting to C-suite executives and board members
- Deep understanding of AI, biotech, climate tech, and Web3 ecosystems
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (preferred)
