Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 3-5 year innovation roadmaps for emerging tech verticals
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping quantum-resistant security solutions
- Identify and evaluate disruptive startups for acquisition/partnership opportunities
- Present strategic frameworks to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Drive R&D initiatives in carbon-negative computing technologies
- Collaborate with MIT and Stanford on 2026 tech horizon research
- Build and mentor an elite innovation lab team
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech innovation with 5+ in leadership roles
- Expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or sustainable tech
- Proven track record of launching products with $50M+ revenue
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published research in IEEE or Nature journals
- Experience scaling teams from 5 to 50+ members
- Deep network within Silicon Valley and academic circles
- Certification in Strategic Innovation Management preferred
