Responsibilities
- Define and drive the 2026 strategic innovation roadmap, aligning it with company-wide business objectives.
- Identify emerging technologies and market trends to propose disruptive product enhancements.
- Lead cross-functional teams (Engineering, Design, Product) in the research and development of future-state solutions.
- Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments for high-tech initiatives.
- Collaborate with C-Suite executives to communicate the long-term vision and secure buy-in.
- Establish metrics to evaluate the success of innovation projects and iterate based on data.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, product management, or technical leadership within the tech industry.
- Proven track record of successfully launching innovative products or initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
- Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) or a Master's in Computer Science/Engineering is strongly preferred.
- Deep understanding of AI, Machine Learning, and emerging digital transformation trends.
- Exceptional strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable roadmaps.
- Strong leadership skills with a history of mentoring high-performing teams.
