Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a 2026 strategic innovation roadmap aligned with global market trends and company vision
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling breakthrough technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive opportunities across 15+ industries
- Drive sustainable innovation initiatives with measurable ESG impact targets
- Partner with venture capital arm to scout and integrate emerging startups into our ecosystem
- Present strategic recommendations to the board and C-suite with compelling data visualization
- Mentor innovation champions across the organization to embed future-thinking culture
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record of launching transformative products/services with $50M+ revenue impact
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR, biotech) and their commercial applications
- Advanced degree in Business, Technology, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD/MBA preferred)
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., CFTR) or Innovation Management (e.g., ICF)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation portfolio
- Published thought leadership in top-tier business/tech publications
