Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end innovation lifecycle from ideation to market launch for 2026 strategic initiatives
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies and market trends with 3-5 year impact
- Develop and execute R&D roadmaps aligned with long-term organizational vision
- Facilitate design thinking workshops with C-suite stakeholders and external partners
- Manage P&L for innovation portfolio, optimizing resource allocation and ROI
- Champion agile methodologies while maintaining strategic oversight of complex projects
- Build and mentor high-performing innovation teams through change management
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic planning, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching 5+ successful market-disrupting products/services
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, Web3) and their commercial applications
- Advanced degree in Business, Engineering, or Innovation Management (MBA/MSc preferred)
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing multi-million dollar innovation budgets
- Certified Innovation Professional (CIP) or similar designation
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills across C-suite, investors, and global teams
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ scalable business models for future markets
