The Role:
We need a leader who can forecast trends and translate them into actionable technology strategies. You will guide our engineering teams in adopting next-gen frameworks and ensuring our products are future-proof.
Responsibilities
- Lead the 2026 Technology Roadmap, identifying emerging trends such as Generative AI, Edge Computing, and Bio-digital interfaces.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Design) to integrate futuristic solutions into current product lines.
- Mentor senior engineers and junior staff on innovation methodologies and advanced technical concepts.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in software development, engineering leadership, or product strategy.
- Deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Distributed Systems.
