Responsibilities
- Define the Vision: Develop and articulate the comprehensive strategic roadmap for Project 2026, aligning it with company goals and market demands.
- Market Analysis: Conduct deep-dive research into emerging technologies and industry trends to identify high-impact opportunities for innovation.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead and coordinate efforts between engineering, design, and business units to ensure seamless execution of innovative projects.
- R&D Collaboration: Partner with the research and development teams to prototype and validate futuristic concepts, ensuring feasibility and scalability.
- Stakeholder Management: Present complex strategic plans to the executive board and key stakeholders, securing buy-in and resources for ambitious projects.

Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree (MBA or MSc) is highly preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in strategic planning, product management, or technology consulting.
- Leadership: Demonstrated experience leading high-performing teams in a fast-paced, agile environment.
