Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Lead the strategic planning and execution of the company's long-term technology roadmap, identifying emerging trends and market gaps.
- Prototype Innovation: Spearhead the development of Proof of Concepts (PoCs) for cutting-edge technologies to validate feasibility and ROI.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with C-suite executives, product managers, and engineering teams to align technical strategy with business objectives.
- Risk Management: Assess technical risks associated with new initiatives and implement robust mitigation strategies.
- Talent Development: Mentor senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: 10+ years of progressive experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a strategic or leadership role.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in AI/ML, Cloud Architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP), and distributed systems.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of translating complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
